369 Fitness LLC may collect information reasonably necessary for inquiries and applications, requested resource delivery, permission-based email communication, qualification for services, scheduling, coaching or program delivery, billing and purchase administration, customer support, website operation, and analytics. For the free Protein Guide, Tally records the submitted first name and email address, the separate marketing-consent choice, submission time, and any available campaign source or UTM information. Limited technical information may also be generated through normal website operation.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide access to requested resources, respond to inquiries, review applications, determine whether a service may be appropriate, communicate next steps, arrange scheduling, administer purchases, deliver coaching or programs, provide support, operate the website, and understand website activity when analytics services are enabled.
