Checkout, agreements, and delivery
Everfit is used for checkout, onboarding, required service-specific agreements or waivers, electronic acceptance, and program or coaching delivery where applicable. This public Purchase / Refund Policy provides a general reference and does not replace the service-specific terms accepted through Everfit.
On-Demand programs
On-Demand program purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to begin, complete, access, or consistently use a purchased program does not create a refund or credit entitlement.
369 StrongHer
369 StrongHer is a $79, 17-week, self-directed On-Demand program delivered through Everfit with six months of access. It includes three strength sessions per week and does not include ongoing individualized coaching.
369 Custom Programming
369 Custom Programming is a $600 one-time purchase for a 12-week individualized program delivered through Everfit without ongoing individualized coaching. Custom Programming purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to provide requested information, use the completed program, or train consistently does not create a refund entitlement.
Online Coaching
Online Coaching is $395/month with a 12-month commitment. It includes individualized programming and ongoing coaching, feedback, adjustments, and accountability delivered through Everfit. Coaching payments are non-refundable. Early termination, pauses, and any remaining financial obligations are governed by the service-specific agreement accepted through Everfit. This website does not establish a separate early termination fee.
In-Person / Hybrid Coaching
Coaching and package payments are non-refundable. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, and late arrival does not extend a session. Missed sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited, remain non-refundable, and may not roll over unless otherwise approved by 369 Fitness LLC. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval. Any package-specific commitment is governed by the applicable agreement accepted through Everfit; this policy does not establish a specific 12-hour or 24-hour cancellation requirement.
Free resources
Current planned resources, including the 369 Protein Guide and Busy Humans Food Prep, are free educational resources. They remain copyrighted materials of 369 Fitness LLC and are intended for personal use only.
Personal access and sharing
Purchased programs, guides, videos, written material, program structures, and account access are for individual personal use unless otherwise authorized. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, share, sell, transfer, publish, or provide program or account access to others without written permission.
Governing law and venue
This public policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue and jurisdiction are in Nye County, Nevada.
