369 Fitness LLC services are intended for adults age 18 or older unless prior parent or legal-guardian approval and required documentation are provided.

This website provides information about 369 Fitness LLC programs, coaching, resources, and policies. Everfit is used for checkout, onboarding, service-specific agreement acceptance, and program or coaching delivery where applicable. Tally may be used for inquiries and applications, TidyCal may be used for approved scheduling, and Proton Mail may be used for communication and support.
No duplicate agreement workflow
The website does not replace or reproduce service-specific agreements, readiness forms, liability waivers, health-history forms, coaching contracts, emergency information, or electronic signature records. Those materials are presented and accepted through Everfit where applicable.
